About us

Sentian offers Industrial AI solutions to process industries. We strive to be leaders in the AI tech space and have made several technical breakthroughs so far. This has resulted in unique products that solve real world pain points and provide new opportunities for our customers. The product helps the process industry improve their production as well as reduce emissions. 

We are based in Malmö and Stockholm Sweden but operate internationally and have customers in several markets. Our goal is to expand in both customer segments and international markets.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for problem solvers with a genuine interest in finding and designing solutions.
To us it is much more important that you are excited about testing new things (models, tools) outside of your comfort zone, rather than having expert knowledge within a small domain.
You are able to effectively do independent research in order to make informed decisions regarding the implementation of tasks and to ask for help and feedback when needed.
Sentian works in small, agile teams and collaborates closely.
We believe in learning from each other and facilitate learning both in dedicated, individual education time and team- or company-wide knowledge sharing sessions.


We divide sales into customer verticals and You will be responsible for the sales in your vertical(s).  You will develop a sales strategy that will maximize sales objectives and bring our products to new customers as well as existing customers in your sales vertical. Direct tactical implementation of that strategy to meet objectives, direct sales, work with partners and manage external sales force. Assist in development of sales materials. Prepare activity and forecast reports as appropriate. You will own projects from start to finish.

Skills and Qualifications

Our optimal candidate

  • Experience from Industrial verticals: Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Plastics as well as other process industries. (Key qualification)
  • Sales expert with at least a few years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Experience bringing new products/technology to market.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communications skills.
  • Is collaboration oriented
  • Can analyze the markets and develop business cases.
  • Works and acts like Sentian is their very own startup
  • Understanding of adding value to our customer

Bonus Skills

  • Control and automation systems experience
  • Engineering degree
  • Experience in artificial Intelligence, IoT or Big Data.
  • Worked at or founded a startup.
  • Not afraid to fail fast and fail often.
